President

Chief David Cambareri

Chief David Cambareri currently serves as President of the Lee County Fire Chiefs’ Association. He is the Fire Chief of the San Carlos Park Fire District. Chief Cambareri was elected by the membership in 2021.

As the LCFCA’s president, Chief Cambareri presides over meetings of the Executive Board and all general meetings of the association. The president’s duties include general supervision of the affairs of the corporation and is the signing authority on all contracts and other instruments of writing. In addition, the president represents the association when working with other government and emergency service providers throughout the county, state and country. Vice-President

Chief Tracy McMillion

Chief Tracy McMillion currently serves as Vice-President of the Lee County Fire Chiefs’ Association. He is the Fire Chief of the City of Fort Myers Fire Department. Chief McMillion was elected by the membership in 2021.

As the LCFCA’s vice-president, Chief McMillion serves on the executive board representing the association’s interest. Chief McMillion assists the president with day-to-day duties and assumes the presidents roles in his or her absence. Vice-President McMillion can be contacted via email at vice-president@lcfca.net

Secretary / Treasure

Chief Jeff Pawul

Fire Chief Jeff Pawul currently serves as the Secretary / Treasure of the Lee County Fire Chiefs’ Association. He is the Fire Chief of the Captiva Fire District. Chief Pawul was appointed by Association President David Cambareri when the position was vacated by Assistant Chief Wolfe.

As the Secretary / Treasure, Chief Pawul is responsible for the financial records of the association. Among his duties includes, reporting to the membership on the financial position of the association, collecting dues, paying invoices and reporting financial details to the executive board.
